A local reputation that finally had a website to match.
Beauty on Taylors is an established skin and beauty studio in Melbourne’s west, serving Taylors Hill, Caroline Springs and Sydenham. The reputation was already there — 5.0 from 46 Google reviews — but there was nowhere online for it to land, and no way to book outside opening hours.

The situation
A treatment business with a strong local following and a booked-out diary is not a marketing problem — it is a capture problem. Every enquiry was arriving through social profiles, phone calls or word of mouth, which means every enquiry depended on someone being available to answer it.
There was no site that explained the treatments properly, nothing for a first-time client to read at 11pm when they were actually deciding, and no way for them to book at that moment.
What we built
A seven-page site — home, about, services, booking, gallery, testimonials and contact — designed around the treatments rather than around a template. The service list it had to carry is genuinely long: facials and skin treatments, massage, waxing, hydro-facials, microdermabrasion, collagen induction therapy, lash lift, dermaplaning, and body and eye treatments.
- Booking that works when the studio is closed. Fresha is wired in directly, so a client deciding at 11pm can book at 11pm instead of remembering to call tomorrow.
- The reviews do the selling. The existing Google rating is on the page rather than buried on a profile a visitor would have to go looking for.
- Launched on her own domain, with clean URLs, a sitemap and robots.txt in place from day one rather than added after Search Console complained.
Measurement first, not last
This is the part most small-business websites skip, and it is why so many owners cannot answer “where do your customers come from?”. Google Tag Manager, GA4, Microsoft Clarity and Search Console were all configured before the site went live — so there is a clean baseline from the first day rather than a gap that can never be filled in retrospectively.
What happened next
The studio came back for a second round of design work on the brand palette. The next piece of work is conversion event tracking — booking clicks, tap-to-call, tap-to-message and form submits — so the analytics can report on outcomes rather than just pageviews.
Why there are no numbers on this page. Until those events are wired up, any conversion figure we published would be a guess dressed up as a result. We would rather tell you what the next job is than invent a percentage.
Established business, no website doing it justice? That is the most common place we start.
